Yuehua CPAs, Tianjin Branch, established in January, 2001 with the approval of FAA (Financial Accounting Association) [2000] No.45 document, is the first internal branch of Yuehua CPAs. Tianjing Branch was incorporated by former Tianhua CPAs, Licheng CPAs and (some professionals from) Tianjin Hongda CPAs through collecting their several years of specific experiences, for the common ideal of being numbered in top-notch accounting firm.

Approved by the department concerned and authorized by the headquarter of Yuehua CAPs, Tianjin Branch possesses the qualifications of large and mid-sized enterprise audit, assets valuation (Grade-B) and real estate valuation (Level II). The primary services offered by Tianjin Branch include accounting statement audit and other special audits; capital verification; variety of assets valuations; enterprise administration consultation, finance consultation and investment project appraisal.

Kou Xinjiang, possesses the qualifications of Senior Accountant, Certified Public Accountant and Certified Assets Appraiser. During 1988~1995, he worked for government taxation department in tax audit. From then till now, he has been dedicated to audit and assets valuation works in former Shanxi Yuehua CPA and Yuehua CPA, Shanxi Branch. Shao Fangxian, female, 45 years old, is the manager of Audit Department II and possesses the qualification of Certified Public Accountant. Since 2001, she has been working for Yuehua CPA. With her substantial experience in listing and audit for large and mid-sized enterprises, Shao Fangxian has acted as the project principal of project audit for some listed and to-be listed companies, such as Xianyang Deflexion, Qinghai Sanpu and Five-Ring Stock, etc., as well as Ningxia Post. She also involved in audit of projects pertaining to reform and fund resources appraisal for Jiangxi Jiujiang Petrofaction, Xinjiang Jinxin Securities and etc..

Zhen Ming, male, 32 years old, is the manager of Audit Department I and possesses the qualification of Chartered Securities Accountant. In 1999, he joined Yuehua CPA. One year later, he passed the test of businesses concerning to securities and futures for certified public accountant and obtained corresponding practice qualifications. He has substantial specific experience in listing audit projects and now is the chief and signed accountant of such listed companies as Qinchuan Development, Xianyang Deflexion, Golden Flower Stock, Qinghai Sanpu and Shudu A and also the project principal of several to-be listed companies, such as Qing'an Refrigeration, Five-Ring Stock, Yanyousi, Suzhong Medicine and etc..

Zhu Shiyi was graduated from Zhengzhou Institute of Aviation Industry Management in 1981. From July of graduation year to February, 1997, he worked for the Financial Department of 012 Base of Ministry of Aviation Industry as an vice Minister. During this period, he also doubled as the Director of Hanzhongxinda CPA in 1995~Feb. 1997. Since February, 1997, Zhu Shiyi has been working for Shanxi Yuehua CPA and Yuehua CPA Limited, Shanxi Branch, as the Vice Director and Chief Accountant respectively, where he is responsible for internal quality standards, leads the revision of working paper and working standard on audit, capital verification, internal control evaluation and profits forecast, and develops an working criterion pertaining to internal quality control & management, which has been put into practice.

During 1992~1997, she worked for Shanxi Ankang Area Materials Inventory & Transportation Company as an accountant. Later, she joined Yuehua CPA, Shanxi Branch for audit works, which were mainly condensed in the ownership reform audit for large state-owned enterprises; issue & listing audit for reformed companies; annual audit, rationed shares, issues addition, capital verification, bankruptcy liquidation and debt - stock transfer successively.
