With the approval of Sichuan Certified Financial Accountant [2000] No.77 document issued by the Finance Department of Sichuan Province, Yuehua CPAs, Sichuan Branch was registered at the Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau of Sichuan Province on Feb. 27, 2001. It is the branch established by the first nationwide CPAs in Sichuan Province and incorporated by Yuehua CPA, the first CPAs in the form of group, and Chengdu Riyue CPA, the first CPA in the form of partnership in Sichuan Province, besides, it is the subsidiary of Yuehua CPAs in southwest area.

Sichuan Branch possesses the qualifications of audit, assets valuation, financial institutions audit, capital verification, cost consulting, taxation agency, accounting statements audit for large state-owned enterprises, etc. In order to meet the new requirements of socialistic market economy to the CPA, expand the service scope of CPA and provide excellent service, Sichuan Branch is dedicated to explore new operational directions and fields and to develop and provide multiple and overall consulting services pertaining to assets recombination, establishment and remolding of share holding system, primary accounting affairs of to-be listed companies, investment analysis and project feasibility study, inviting outside investments, accounting people training, business contract, economic dispute and enterprise management, etc.,

Sichuan Branch, consisting of Audit Department I, Audit Department II, Audit Department III, Financial Institution Audit Department, Assets Valuation Department, Cost Consulting Department, Human Resource Department, Training Department, Quality Control Department and Administration Department, is a professional intermediary organization with comprehensive service capability and composed of high quality persons in accounting, taxation, finance, law, engineering and management etc.

At present, the Branch possesses totally over 80 professional talents with the corresponding qualifications of certified public accountant-China, certified estate appraiser-China, senior auditor and MBA etc, among which 8 persons are the chartered securities accountants, 54 the certified public accountants, 12 the certified estate appraisers and 12 the cost engineers with the average ages of 31 years old, and over 96% of them having college certificate. On basis of these, the Branch with a complete system of qualifications and educational levels takes persons in medium and young ages as a mainstay and forms a professional team with combination of old, medium and young ages.
