Yuehua CPAs, Liaoning Branch, established in Feb. 2001 by Yuehua CPAs in the form of complete acquisition and merge, grew out of Liaoning Xincheng CPAs which was incorporated by former Liaoning Xinxin CPAs subordinated to the National Tax Bureau of Liaoning Province and former Shenyang Jincheng CPAs subordinated to the Logistics Section of Shenyang Military Area in Dec. 1999 through separation and reform respectively. In July, 2002, the former Shenyang Hualun CPAs was entirely merged into the Branch.

Liaoning Branch mainly provides clients with professional services including audit and verification, assets valuation, financial insurance, management consulting and tax agency, etc.. We have gained favourable comments from vast clients during providing services for them and established good enterprise's image in the mind of the public in line with the culture concept "based on honest and reputation, diligent and realistic spirit"; the aim of serving China's opening and reform; the mission of providing realistic and reliable services for enterprises; and the professional morality of independent, objective and fair.

There are now totally 117 employees in the Branch, including 50 Certified Public Accountants, 21 Certified Public Valuators, 19 certified public tax accountants and several land assessors, cost engineers, civil work and mechanical engineers, etc..

With support of various concerns, Liaoning Branch has achieved certain achievements. We will, on the basis of maintaining the achievements, improve our performance, and turn knowledge into social value to positively contribute to the development of China's market economy by regarding Yuehua CPAs headquarter as our standard and taking the whole employees' development as the backing.

The director of Liaoning Branch, Certified Public Accountant and Certified Public Tax Accountant, has worked for Taxation Institute of National Tax Bureau of Liaoning Province as the general secretary, the magazine Tax as Vice Chief Editor, and WTO Research Center under Academy of Social Sciences of Liaoning Province as a specially invited research fellow. In 1993, he started his career in Liaoning Xinxin CPAs as the Director. And later in 1999, he held the post of Director in Liaoning Xincheng CPAs and now is the syndic of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and that of Certified Public Tax Accountants in Liaoning Province.

The Chief Accountant Possesses Certified Public Accountant, Certified Public Valuator and Senior Accountant. In 1988, he began his career in Liaoning Jincheng CPA as the Director; later in 1999, he held the post of Vice Director of Liaoning Xincheng CPAs and now is the syndic of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Liaoning Province and Chief Accountant Association in Liaoning Province. He's also the member of Evaluation Committee for Academic Achievements in Social Science (accounting and statistic categories) of Liaoning Province, and member of Senior Accountant Title Evaluation Committee in Shenyang Military Area.
