Yan Xiaojian, GM of Jiangsu Branch and Chief Appraiser, who was graduated from Northeast Finance & Economics University and the People's University of China, now is the visiting professor of Northeast University and Nanjing Normal University. As the first assets appraiser of Jiangsu Province and a member of the first appraisers in China, he once organized to establish the Assets Valuation Company under the former Provincial Department of Finance of Jiangsu Province, and he is the member of Valuation & Audit Experts Team of Ministry of Finance and Drafting Team of China Assets Valuation Criterion issued by China CPA Association. He has attained substantial theoretical and practical experiences in assets valuation and published successively over 80 articles with near 600,000 words concerning to economic management, financial audit and assets valuation in many national or provincial newspapers and magazines, besides, he also cooperated with others in writing two monographs about assets valuation (Assets Valuation Theory and Practice and Assets Valuation Principle and Cases). He carried out plentiful assets management and assets valuation training activities entrusted by former National Assets Management Bureau of Jiangsu Province, made a great contribution to the pioneering and development of assets management of our country and Jiangsu Province and is well known in valuation industry.
