Hubei Branch grew out of Hubei Pingxin CPA which was established in May of 1994 with the approval of Hubei Financial Accounting Issue (1994) No.112 Document issued by Hebei Provincial Commission of Finance, as an important port for consulting industrialization of Hubei Provincial Development & Research Center.
